According to the provisions of Article 2 of Law 4256/2014, the electronic ‘Registry of Tourist Boats and Small Craft’ is established within the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR). The purpose of this registry is to record all the information required by the competent services of the aforementioned Authority, the competent services of the Ministry of Finance, as well as the competent services of the Ministry of Shipping and Island Policy.
The registry includes private recreational boats under the Greek flag, professional recreational boats regardless of the flag, as well as professional tourist day boats, in accordance with the conditions specified in Article 2 of Law 4256/14.
